| Description:
Pop Up Markets are direct distributions facilitated by the Food Bank in parts of our service area where food resources may be difficult to access. They are outdoor distributions set up similar to a farmer’s market, so clients can walk through and select the products their households will use. Volunteers will assist with setting up the distribution, client intake, stocking tables, assisting clients throughout the process, and packing up after the distribution.
This distribution will take place outdoors. We will have water available for volunteers and tents for shade, but please prepare accordingly for the weather.
This event is not located at the Food Bank. It is located at the different locations.
Please know that court - ordered and / or attorney recommended volunteers are not allowed to participate. We won't verify court - ordered hours. |
