Opportunity Details | Little Village Street Tree Watering, Wednesday, July 10

Opportunity Name:
Little Village Street Tree Watering, Wednesday, July 10

Description:

Join Openlands staff in watering street trees in Little Village and Marshall Square!

In partnership with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) and Latinos Progresando (LP), Openlands is performing establishment maintenance on over 100 newly planted trees in Marshall Square and Little Village! Many of these trees were planted in newly created tree pits and will require a little extra TLC to become established. We will be watering these trees, adding mulch when necessary, and checking on their health and future needs.

This is a perfect event for your arbor-curious friends and family who want to see what TreeKeeping is all about, so please invite everybody that you know!
