WHAT: Special Olympics Special Smiles is a non-invasive dental health screening where participants will receive education, given supplies, and a gift at the end for participating. Screening covers endentulous, untreated decay, gingival signs, proper oral hygiene education etc.

 

WHO: Dentists, dental hygenists, students and general volunteers

  • Check in & out
  • Dental screening
  • Education Stations
  • Assisting dentists/hygenists by scribing.

 

Lunch and a t-shirt will be provided. Athletic bottoms and sneakers are appropriate.

 

Please note that volunteers will be asked to stay the entire time, please plan accordingly.
