Description:

 

Volunteer help is needed for event prep on Friday August 23 for help setting up the trout pond and rigging rods and the event on Saturday, August 24 to help attendees fish and/or running a practice casting game. 

 

No fishing experience required.

Please also sign up for this opportunity online so you can record your volunteer hours. 

 

Volunteers working near water will be required to wear a personal floatation device (PFD) provided by WDFW and view a short volunteer-specific PFD training video before starting volunteer work near the water. This training will be provided before the start of the event. 


Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. 

 

This event is eligible for Master Hunter volunteer hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Background check by Correctional Center is required for volunteers. John Pahutski will need your name, date of birth, and drivers license number by August 19, 2024.
