Softball Refreshments, Little Valley

For this opportunity, volunteers will complete the following:

• Check in on your phone when you arrive. The refreshment table is on the West side of the Snack Bar/Restroom building.
• Please empty the bowls of fruit into their respective boxes under the table. There should be 3 separate bowls, each containing either bananas, apples, or oranges.
• Take the tablecloth, extra boxes of fruit, bowls, and sign all to the storage room that is just to the right of where the table is. All that should remain outside at night is the empty table.
• You may also help the field director, Stephanie Stowe, with other things she may need help with.
• We encourage you to sign up for more than one shift. 

 

*Please be aware that the field schedules will not be finalized until about a week before the Games start. As such, it is possible that there will be a day or two that the ending time may be moved to earlier. Once we know that for sure, if you have signed up for one of those days, you will be notified. If you can fulfill the new assignment, that is excellent, but you will not be expected to change your schedule if you cannot.
