Description:

Performance Stations are events held near the field of play at competitions. They prepare athletes to compete to their personal best and make the connection between fitness and athletic performance.

 

The Performance Station will educate and engage in the topics of nutrition, hydration, physical activity, goal setting and mental toughness. Through the Performance Station experience, athletes, partners, coaches, family members, volunteers and staff will learn how to improve performance the day of competition and in the future.  With improved fitness, everyone can improve their performance in both sport and health, leading to a better quality of life.

 

Opportunity timeline 

  • Volunteer arrival & orientation - 8:30 am - 8:55 am 
  • Performance Station is open to athletes - 9 am - 12 pm
  • Clean up once Performance station is closed at 12 pm
