Class Description: Join Dr. Kate Farley, Assistant scientist and ethnobotanist of the William L. Brown Center, as she teaches us simple ingredients that can be found in our neighborhoods can be turned into culinary gold! Learn how to use dandelion greens, wild mushrooms, acorns, and hickory bark in your next fall dish.
Volunteer Needs: Assisting with class activities, engaging with students during classes, classroom clean-up. |
