Description:

Thank you for your interest in Sorting & Packing donated foods at All Faiths Food Bank! Food sorting/packing volunteers serve a crucial role at the Food Distribution Center (FDC).

 

Volunteers will: 

  • Sort through donations - check quality and expiration dates
  • Sorting and packing meats into bags or boxes for distributions
  • Sort and check over fresh produce
  • Check over baked goods and their quality. 

 

Physical Requirements:

 

            1: Stand for entire shift time frame

 

            2: Be able to lift 2-40lbs.

 

            3: Closed toed shoes only

 

            4: Follow dress code according to AFFB hand book (no tank tops, offensive clothing, etc.)
