Health Hero Day (OneStop Norcross)

Health and Human Services connects services to a vibrant community by offering OneStop and Senior Services and resources and collaborating with valuable partners. 

 

Health Hero Day volunteers are needed to assist with the following event tasks: 

• Assist with setting up and tearing down tables and chairs for vendors. Prepare for outdoor conditions and being present at assigned stations the duration of the event.
• Guide the public to parking spots.
• Monitor inflatables, games, or activity stations.
• Tidying assigned station to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Volunteers will act as greeters and ushers to event attendees and assist staff with tear down and clean-up of property as necessary after the event.

Volunteers must wear closed toe shoes, bring a water bottle, and dress appropriately for outdoor functions. Assignments may include organization check-in, traffic directors, and working with the public. Location assignments will be provided by the event coordinator following volunteer check-in.

 

All Gwinnett County volunteers are required to agree and complete the WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

form. Please complete and send the form below to the Project/Event Organizer via email or mail for approval before participation.
