Volunteers Needed:

Open to the public, yoga instructors, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers or other mental health professionals

Volunteers would assist with the Strong Minds Screening- check in/check out, education stations, and other duties as assigned.

Strong Minds helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disability with coping skills, guided meditations, breath work, and stress-relief strategies.

Lunch and a t-shirt will be provided.

Please note that volunteers will be asked to stay the whole time, please plan accordingly.
