Opportunity Name:
Toronto-Workshop with Access Employment, shift 12-3

Description:

Join us for an impactful workshop focused on raising awareness about period poverty in Toronto!

Period poverty affects millions of individuals worldwide, limiting access to essential menstrual hygiene products and negatively impacting their health, education, and dignity. In this workshop, we aim to break the silence surrounding this important issue and empower participants to take action towards ending period poverty in our communities.

As a volunteer facilitator, you'll play a crucial role in leading discussions, sharing information, and fostering understanding about the root causes and consequences of period poverty. Through engaging activities and conversations, we'll explore ways to advocate for systemic change, support marginalized individuals, and promote menstrual equity for all.

Whether you're passionate about social justice, women's rights, or simply want to make a difference in the lives of others, your involvement in this workshop can help spark meaningful conversations, challenge stigma, and inspire positive change.
