Rock The Block Neighborhood Revitalization
Home Preservation, as part of a larger Neighborhood Revitalization effort is another way that Habitat can support low-income homeowners in the community, so that they may maintain a safe, decent, and affordable place to live. Like other Habitat programs, the Home Preservation is designed to provide a hand up, not a hand out.
Volunteers are needed to walk throughout the neighborhood to disperse information on Habitat Oakland's programs. |
