We are excited to expand our services by conducting Service Insights on MealConnect (SIMC) intake at our Mobile Market distributions. We are seeking dedicated volunteers or staff members from your organization to join us in this initiative. Volunteers will use a tablet to perform neighbor intake on distribution days, helping us ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Responsibilities:

• Neighbor Interaction: Engage with neighbors during Mobile Market distributions, assisting them with the intake process.
• Data Entry: Use a tablet to enter necessary information for SIMC intake.
• Support: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for neighbors participating in the intake process.

Qualifications:

• Interpersonal Skills: A preference for interacting with people rather than performing physical tasks like lifting boxes.
• Tech Savvy: Basic ability to navigate the internet using a mobile device. Training will be provided, so a willingness to learn is more important than existing technical skills.
• Reliability: Commitment to being present and punctual on distribution days.
