Service Project Details

Our biggest need is for a volunteer who can translate the Haitian- Creole and/or French Help Forms. This individual will need to be fluent with medical terms in English and Haitian- Creole and/or French. They need to maintain high confidentially standards.

It is preferred to have a weekly / bi-weekly window of time dedicated exclusively to this need, ideally 3-4 hours, as demands and needs fluctuate. The time availability can be in the am or pm, and we can work around the interpreter's schedule.

The individual should have a basic knowledge of Teams / Zoom, if they are only available remotely. Or if they are not knowledgeable with technology, they will need to be able to meet at any of our campus locations.
